Cancellation Policy

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via Instagram messages or coloursdesign786@gmail.com
If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to your bank account within 7-10 days. Kindly Share the details of refund on the cancellation email or Instagram DM.
No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
In a case where COLOURS fails to dispatch your order in 15 working days and the customer is not satisfied with the reason provided by COLOURS, they can choose to cancel the order if it is already not in transit. Full amount will be refunded by COLOURS on the original method of payment. (via which the order was placed).
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by COLOURS and accepts COLOURS’s decision regarding the cancellation of their order or product.
Cancellation is not applicable for EXPRESS DELIVERY products.
The amount of the cancelled order will be credited to the given payment method with in 4-5 working days after the order cancellation is approved from the COLOURS’s end.
